Shipping on all order over $20 is free in the USA. International orders will be charged for shipping depending on size of order. We will adjust the shipping if our charge is in excess of actual shipping and handling. Orders under $20 are $4.00 for shipping.
We do accept International orders. International orders do not receive free shipping but our shipping costs for International orders is very reasonable. Any questions on this please feel free to email us at joanne@enchantedmesa.com.

If you prefer to use Paypal or send a check or moneyorder, please call us at 505-869-3893 and will arrange it so you can do so. You can also call us with your order if you prefer that to ordering online.
Also, if you rather fax an order to us please be sure to include your credit card information, including, Name as it appears on the card, billing addresss and expiration number. Also, include your phone number.
RETURN POLICY: We guarantee our products to be as represented. If you receive something that isn't as represented we will refund completely, even the shipping to return. If you receive something broken the same policy holds. To get a full refund, you MUST notify us of problem within 5 days of receipt. Receipt will be determined by tracking record showing delivery. Item then must be returned within 7 days of notification or return is voided. If you receive something and just decide it doesn't fit or you just don't like it, the same polciy holds.
